🌸 KB Creative Crafts Refund & Return Policy

We pour love into every handmade piece — because of that, our return rules are simple, clear, and fair.

📦 Returns

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, finish, or texture are normal and part of their unique charm.

  • No exchanges and no international returns at this time.

🚚 Return Shipping & Fees

  • A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • A 10% restocking fee also applies to all returns.

  • 💡 Good news: If your item was damaged in transit or we made a mistake, we’ll cover all fees.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please send photos of:

    • the item

    • the packaging

    • the shipping label

  • This helps us file a claim and get your issue resolved quickly.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving your return.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, please email us at kbcreativecraft@gmail.com with your order number.
